3D Ludo

Terms of Use

Terms and conditions for 3D Ludo (store title "3D Ludo: King of Board Games") on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web. Effective date and last update: 16 October 2026.

The short version

  • 3D Ludo is free to play, with ads and optional purchases.
  • Coins, gems and items are part of the game: they have no cash value and cannot be sold, swapped or cashed out.
  • Purchases go through Apple or Google, and so do refunds. Purchases are non-refundable except where the law or the store's rules say otherwise.
  • VIP is an auto-renewing subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
  • Play fair: no cheating, hacking or bothering other players.
  • Children need a parent's or guardian's permission to play, and a grown-up for purchases.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of India, and your consumer rights where you live still apply.

1Agreeing to these terms

3D Ludo (the "game") is published by Manisha Yadav, based in India, who operates the game and holds its Apple App Store, Google Play (developer account "Techienoid") and Google AdMob accounts, and receives the payments for purchases in it. The game is created and developed by Umang Sharma. "We", "us" and "our" mean Manisha Yadav as publisher, together with Umang Sharma as developer. These Terms of Use (the "terms") are an agreement between you and us. By downloading, opening or playing the game, or using this website, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

If you are under the age of majority where you live (18 in India and in many countries), a parent or legal guardian must read and accept these terms for you, and is responsible for your use of the game and any purchases.

2Your license to play

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download and play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, under these terms and the rules of the store you got it from.

You may not: copy, sell, rent or sublicense the game; modify, decompile, reverse engineer or try to extract its source code (except where the law allows it despite this restriction); remove copyright or other notices; use the game or its content to build another product; or use it in any unlawful way.

3Your account

  • The game creates a guest account on your device automatically. There is no username or password. You can optionally link Sign in with Google or Apple to get your progress back on a new device (not available for child accounts).
  • Keep your device secure: anyone who uses it can use your account. If you lose your device without saving your progress, we may not be able to restore your account.
  • Everyone can pick a player name from our list of generated names. Players who are not on a child account may instead type their own, which must pass our name filter (no rude words, links, contact details or pretending to be the game team). You can change your name once a day after the first change. We may replace a name that breaks these terms.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Delete account or as described on our account deletion page. Accounts with no activity for 24 months (12 months for child accounts) are deleted automatically, as the Privacy Policy explains. Deleting an account removes its progress, virtual currency and items for good.

4Virtual currency and items

The game has virtual currency (coins and gems) and virtual items (such as characters, outfits, dice, pieces, boards, frames, emotes, songs and boosters), which you can earn by playing or get with real money.

  • Virtual currency and items are licensed to you for use in the game only. You do not own them, and they are not property, money or a financial instrument.
  • They have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or anything of value outside the game, and cannot be sold, transferred, traded or gifted to other accounts or people. Any attempt to do so outside the game is not allowed and may lead to the account being closed.
  • Virtual currency and items you buy are non-refundable and are not exchanged or returned, except where the law requires otherwise or the store you bought them from grants a refund (see section 5).
  • We may change prices, rewards and how items work, or retire items, to keep the game balanced and fun. We will not take away items you have bought without good reason, such as a refund, fraud, a mistake we had to correct, or the game ending.
  • Items that were granted by mistake or obtained through cheating, bugs, refunds or chargebacks may be removed.
  • Dice are cosmetic: every dice rolls the same, whatever it looks like. Online rolls are locked in before each match (Fair Dice). 3D Ludo has no gambling and no prizes of real-world value.

5Purchases and refunds

  • All real-money purchases are made through Apple (App Store, In-App Purchase) or Google (Google Play Billing), using the payment method in your store account. The price, taxes and currency are shown by the store before you confirm. Their terms apply to the payment.
  • Because Apple and Google take the payment, refunds are handled by them under their own policies: for Apple, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, see Google Play's refund help. If the store refunds a purchase, we may remove what it granted.
  • If a purchase did not arrive, use Restore purchases in the shop or Settings, or contact us with your player code and the store receipt, and we will help.
  • Remove Ads is a one-time purchase linked to your store account, and can be restored on a new account where your store allows it. Coins, gems and items cannot be restored after an account is deleted.
  • For child accounts, purchases are behind a grown-up check. Parents can also use Apple's Ask to Buy or Google Family Link to approve purchases.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law where you live (for example in the European Union, where you agree that digital content is delivered immediately and so the 14-day withdrawal right ends once it is delivered, as the store explains when you buy).

6VIP subscriptions

VIP is an optional auto-renewing subscription with two plans: VIP Weekly (renews every week) and VIP Monthly (renews every month). The current perks are listed on the VIP screen in the game (for example no banner or full-screen ads, a daily VIP chest, a double daily reward, VIP dice and a VIP badge and frame).

  • Price: shown on the VIP screen and by the store before you confirm, in your currency, per week or per month.
  • Free trial: VIP Weekly may start with a 3-day free trial for eligible players (usually once per store account). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your store account is charged the weekly price. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Payment: charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
  • Automatic renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Cancel or manage: in your store account settings, under Subscriptions (on iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions), or with Manage subscription on the VIP screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal; VIP stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds: handled by Apple or Google (see section 5). We do not give refunds or credits for unused parts of a period, except where the law or the store requires it.
  • Changes: if the price changes, the store tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement. We may change or improve the perks; we will not materially reduce them during a period you have already paid for.

7App Store terms (Apple)

If you got the game from Apple's App Store, these extra terms apply, and your use of the game is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") where these terms do not address something. Where these terms and the Standard EULA differ, the one more protective of you applies, to the extent the law allows.

  • These terms are between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the game and its content.
  • Your license is limited to using the game on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as the App Store Usage Rules allow.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game.
  • If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the game to you. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the game.
  • We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims, and for investigating and handling any claim that the game infringes someone's intellectual property.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

8Children and parental consent

  • 3D Ludo is made for families: kids from 6 and adults. Children under 13 (under 18 in India) may play only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for them.
  • A neutral age screen sets up a child experience for younger players: no sign-in, no push notifications, no contact form, only child-directed non-personalised ads, and a grown-up check before purchases, the VIP screen, sharing and links that open our web pages from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is and is not collected.
  • There is no chat: players use preset emotes, and child accounts can only pick names from a safe list.
  • Parents are responsible for purchases made on their child's device and store account. We recommend using the store's parental controls (Apple Screen Time and Ask to Buy, Google Family Link).
  • Parents can delete their child's account at any time in Settings or by contacting us.

9Ads

The game shows ads from Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that give an in-game bonus. Ad content comes from third parties; we ask for family-friendly ads and only child-directed ads for child accounts, but we do not control every ad and are not responsible for the products or sites advertised. Rewards for rewarded ads are given only when the ad network confirms the ad was watched. Remove Ads and an active VIP subscription turn off banner and full-screen ads; rewarded ads stay available as an option. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

10Fair play and acceptable use

Keep 3D Ludo fun and fair for everyone. You agree not to:

  • cheat, or use bots, scripts, modified clients, emulators to gain an advantage, or exploits of bugs (please report bugs to us instead);
  • interfere with the game, its servers or other players' games, or try to get around rate limits, security or the grown-up checks;
  • access or use another person's account, or create accounts in bulk;
  • sell, buy or trade accounts, virtual currency or items, or offer services that do;
  • misuse promo codes, rewarded ads, purchases, refunds or chargebacks;
  • send us abusive, unlawful or spam messages through the contact form or email.

To keep games quick, online matches may include computer-controlled players when no one else is available. If you break these rules, we may remove items or progress gained unfairly, reset or suspend the account, or close it.

11Changes and availability

We keep improving the game, so features, modes, items, prices, rewards and these terms may change over time, and updates may be needed to keep playing online. Online features need an internet connection and our servers; we try to keep them running but cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may stop offering the game or some features; if we end the game's online service, we will try to tell players in the app in advance where reasonably possible.

12Ownership

The game, including its code, characters, art, boards, music, sounds, text and the name "3D Ludo", belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any rights to them except the license in section 2. Open-source software in the game is used under its own licenses, listed in Settings > About > Open-source licences. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without owing you anything.

13Ending these terms

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or puts other players or the game at risk, and, where reasonable, we will tell you why. When these terms end, your license ends and you lose access to the account and its virtual currency and items, without refund except where the law requires. Sections 4, 5 (refunds), 12, 14, 15 and 16 continue to apply.

14Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties beyond those in these terms, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and we do not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free or that progress can never be lost. Some countries do not allow these exclusions, so they apply to you only as far as your local law allows.

15Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, virtual currency or items, arising from your use of or inability to use the game. Our total liability for any claim related to the game is limited to the amount you paid for the game and in-game purchases in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 1,000 if that is more).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

16Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live, which still apply to you, and to your right to bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it. Before going to court, please contact us: most problems can be solved quickly.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a part of these terms is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to someone who takes over the game, provided your rights are not reduced.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the game or the law changes. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top, and tell you in the app about important changes before they take effect. If you keep playing after a change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, please stop playing and delete your account.
