?Common questions

Where do I find my player code?

Open the game, tap Settings (the gear) and scroll to About. Your player code looks like 3F9C-0A1B, and there is a Copy button next to it. Please add it to every message, so we can find your account.

A purchase did not arrive. What can I do?

First tap Restore purchases in the shop or in Settings, with an internet connection. If it is still missing, write to us with your player code and the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt email.

How do I get a refund?

Apple and Google take the payment, so they handle refunds: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through Google Play's refund help. See the Terms of Use.

How do I cancel VIP?

In your store account: on iPhone, Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. You can also tap Manage subscription on the VIP screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

I got a new phone. How do I keep my progress?

On your old phone, open Settings, tap Move to a new phone and write down your transfer code. On the new phone, tap I have a transfer code in Settings (or Already playing on another phone? on the first screen) and enter it. Keep the code secret. If you never made a code, write to us and we will try to help.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the game: Settings > Delete account. Without the app, see how to delete your account, or choose "Privacy or data deletion" in the form above.

Is 3D Ludo safe for children?

Yes, it is made for families. There is no chat (only preset emotes), names come from a safe list, and players under 13 get a child experience: only child-directed, non-personalised ads, no sign-in, no push notifications, and a grown-up check before purchases. See children's privacy.

Do I play against real people online?

Usually, yes. To keep games quick, online matches may include computer-controlled players when no one else is available. Every online roll is locked in before the match starts (Fair Dice).
